剧情介绍
故事发生在金秋时节的兰河峪村。由于村妇女主仼交接班出现问题，此职位临时空缺，村长（张洪杰 饰）便动员凤莲（宋丹丹 饰）的丈夫刘一本（赵本山 饰）临时代理去乡里开会。在乡妇联会议上，刘一本天上一拳地上一脚地把本村妇女工作吹了个溜溜光。说者无心、听者有意，领导马上把兰河峪当成了全乡的典型，还说过段时间去村里开现场会。自知说走嘴的刘一本回村后便被村长臭骂一顿，凤莲也埋怨他不该在会上自吹自擂。骑虎难下的刘一本借坡下驴，想尽办法兑现在会上的“精彩发言”。他走东家串西家，联系热心群众开展农村文娱活动，利用广播宣传开展精神文明活动的重要性。一时间，村民的热情被调动起来，所吹嘘的事情件件弄假成真......Set in autumn of 1990s in a village in northeast China. A problem occurs in position shift change of sorority director, and the village head sends Mr. Liu to attend the women's federation meeting. Liu makes a boast of the work of village's sorority and the official praises the village as an archetype. When Liu returns, he has to pretend to act as a sorority director and tries to make every bragging to become true.
