Plot Summary:A propaganda comedy that tells the story of the Bolshevik revolution through the eyes of an ignorant and easy-going peasant who, as a soldier, gets caught up in the proceedings. He does manage to make the Stalin and Lenin characters look like just a pair of good old boys when they laugh as he tells them he allowed a White general to escape because he was awed by the uniform.
带枪的人，不再是剥削阶级，应该是无产阶级，所谓“枪杆子里出政权”，说的就是这个道理。有别于列宁其他的传记电影，本片从侧面反映了列宁与普通老百姓的情谊。
