Plot Summary:France, 1425. In the midst of the Hundred Years' War, the young Jeannette, at the still tender age of 8, looks after her sheep in the small village of Domremy. One day, she tells her friend Hauviette how she cannot bear to see the suffering caused by the English. Madame Gervaise, a nun, tries to reason with the young girl, but Jeannette is ready to take up arms for the salvation of souls and the liberation of the Kingdom of France. Carried by her faith, she will become Joan of Arc.
1425年，法国百年战争期间，少女贞德只有8岁，她在一个小村庄多雷米生活，每天照看羊群。有一天，她告诉她的朋友奥维耶特，她已经不能忍受英国军队对法国人民的摧残。然而修女太太热尔韦斯却试图跟这个年轻小姑娘讲道理，告诉她不要试图去抗争。但是贞德已经准备好拿起武器，跟英国军队对抗到底，带领法国走向解放。
