Plot Summary:Saori Kimura and Yumika Yokoyama were close friends, similar to sisters, and star volleyball players in high school. Saori was picked for the national volleyball team. Yumika was shortly later diagnosed with the rare cancer rhabdomyosarcoma, dashing away her hopes for a volleyball career. One month before Saori and the national team competed in the preliminaries for the 2008 Summer Olympics, Yumika passed away.
