Plot Summary:The inmates of a womens prison on an isolated island are mistreated and tortured by sadistic guards, but their troubles have only just begun: a new warden--a disgraced official who was removed from his previous job for not being tough enough and who is determined to show his superiors that he has learned his lesson--has just arrived, and a deadly plague is starting to spread across the island.
「おんな牢秘図」に続く大映の官能時代劇。長崎のおんな牢を舞台に、無実の罪で投獄された混血の少女の悲運を描く。オランダ人の父と日本人の母の間に生まれたおみつ（川崎）は、奉公先の放火殺人の罪を着せられ長崎のおんな牢に繋がれる。役人のあまりの責めに耐え切れずおみつは罪状を認めてしまい、磔刑が下されることになり･･･。
