Plot Summary:The King of the Netherlands decides to visit Lenten, because of the 100th anniversary of the 'Woudagemaal', the world's biggest active steam pumping station. Meanwhile, business photographer Verschuere visits the hotel of Klinkhamer. He's very obsessed with the steam pumping station and leaves mysterious suitcases behind, which arouses suspicion at Hielke and Sietse, who are busy with the racist camping owner Steef den Ouden. He holds a hate against the refugee Mr. Tekeste, his daughter Aranchi and son Issac and tries to accuse them of criminal activities by any means possible. The twin brothers decide to give the family shelter during the procedure for their residence status. When bombs are being discovered in the suitcases, the fate of the whole province suddenly lies in the hands of two farmer boys and the fastest boat that ever sailed the seas, the Kameleon.
Holland's most famous twin helps a poor family of refugees and also have to deal with a strange newcomer who seems a little too interested in the village's steam pumping station while the inhabitants are preparing for a royal visit.
