Plot Summary:The story of Zari, who goes to the hospital with her husband due to severe abdominal pain. Using her friend's health card because hers is expired, Zari and undergoes appendectomy but the staff at the hospital become suspicious of her identity, miring the couple in a struggle with the health care system.
一天，像往常一样，扎丽（Anahita Ne'mati 饰）投身于井井有条的工作和生活中，突然之间，一阵严重的腹痛袭击了她，令她不得不放下手中的一切，前往医院就医。根据医生诊断，扎丽患上了阑尾炎，需要进行阑尾切除手术，可是好巧不巧，扎丽的医保卡过期了，这也就意味着，如果她此时进行手术，她将付出许多额外的费用。 扎丽灵机一动，向好友蕾拉借来了医保卡，以蕾拉的身份完成了手术，在医疗记录上，被切除阑尾的不是扎丽而是蕾拉。然而，扎丽的这一举动引起了医护人员的怀疑，为了避免穿帮，扎丽和蕾拉暂时交换了身份，哪知道，这一个小小的举动，竟然为之后无穷无尽的麻烦埋下了祸根。
