Plot Summary:Located on the seafront in the port city of Ashdod, south of Tel Aviv in Israel, is the Kalaat El-Mina Citadel, or Minat al-Qala (the harbor castle). The Caliph Abed el Malek has it built, he is the one who also erected the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem around the year 700.
