Plot Summary:Frank Shelby was once the best flat track motorcycle racer on the circuit. Despite one too many high-speed wrecks, he dreams of winning "The Nationals". Frank befriends a critically ill boy named Danny who is fascinated by the carefree biker. Together they form a special bond that gives them the strength to fight and face their challenges - for Frank it's the Nationals, for Danny it's his life.
