Plot Summary:A 40 year old painter, who lives in a wooden and bamboo house on stilts in the middle of a polluted lake on the outskirts of Dhaka City. Alpha's house serves as his painting. Dogs, roosters and birds also share the space with him. There are many moments when he feels a oneness with nature and with the birds and animals that surround him. He also feels deeply drawn to 'an androgynous' male-female identity. Alpha has neighbors in the nearby slum with whom he has close interaction.
一位40岁的画家，住在达卡市郊一个被污染的湖泊中央的一间用高跷支撑的竹木房子里。阿尔法的房子是他的画，狗、公鸡和鸟也与他共享空间。有很多时候，他感到与自然和周围的鸟类和动物是一体的。他还深深地被“雌雄同体”的男女身份所吸引。阿尔法在附近的贫民窟有邻居，他和邻居之间有密切的互动。
