Plot Summary:Manuela Silva is an attractive Andalusian young woman who left her village ready to succeed as a singer in Madrid. By chance, she meets Eduardo, a neighboring composer who gives Manuela her first opportunity in the world of entertainment, and between them is born a romance. But, little by little, as Manuela gets successes she will meet other men, richer and more powerful than Eduardo, who will end up turning her into a luxury mistress.
