Plot Summary:Lima, Peru: early 17th century. Rosa Flores' parents have promised her in marriage to a handsome young man. But the girl, who has made a vow of virginity, dedicates her efforts and attention to those most in need. Finally, she enters as a Tertiary in the order of Santo Domingo de Guzmán to be able to give herself completely to others.
