Plot Summary:Perry Travis (William Gargan) is a wise-cracking private detective-cum-amateur radio broadcaster who sets the plot in motion when he witnesses the murder of a scientist, Sir Conrad Stava (Egon Brecher). Lois Allen (Marguerite Churchill) is the murdered man's secretary who provides complications and romance.
