Plot Summary:Naval Academy upperclassman James Randall falls for Patricia Lawrence, a plebe's sister. She is engaged to the wealthy but ne'er-do-well Basil Courtney, who comes up with a scheme to discredit his rival that involves a \"loose\" woman and framing James for a technical violation that can get him kicked out of the Academy.
