Plot Summary:The small fishing village is crippled by drought. On the surface all seems normal, but is it? Karen has been dealing with tragedy for too long, how much longer before she finally cracks? Dotty senses something terrible is going to happen, but doesn't know what. Who is the handsome stranger on the bike and why is he coming to Swartwater?
