Plot Summary:A Census Officer took a mission in one of the remote mountainous villages of Kurdistan. On his way to that village, he encounters a river on which there is no bridge. He endeavors to encourage villagers to sign a form requesting the government to build a bridge over the river.
After many years, for the first tie, a village has to be censused by an official, who is facing difficulties due to the illiteracy of most of the villagers.
