Plot Summary:Long Midnight, based on a short story by Antun Soljan, adapted by Mate Matisic, 2004, MBA Production Medium length film, duration 42 min A psychological drama with crime elements focusing on the assassins employed by the Yugoslav Security Service to eliminate political opponents abroad. A former secret service agent reminisces about an execution he had to carry out for the Service, on a cold Christmas Eve in Frankfurt more than twenty years ago. Is this a confession of a useless relic of another time, or is there more to this story?
