Plot Summary:In Kentucky, five sexy students are trapped to spend the night in an abandoned sanatorium, where many people were killed in the 30's when the location was devastated by an infectious white plague, as a prank of their school mates. Along the night, while trying to escape from the asylum, they are haunted by ghosts and the survivors disclose that they are descendant of the victims and are reviving their deaths.
1928年，一种被称为“白死病”的瘟疫在美国肯塔基州肆意蔓延，结果造成6万3千人死亡。在此期间，民众在路易西村卫佛里丘上修建一座疗养院以供患者的治疗，但是依然阻挡不了死神的脚步。为了处理死者尸体，人们在疗养院附近掘出五百尺深的坑渠用于掩埋尸体，它被称作“死亡隧道”。时间来到现代，就读于医科大学的希瑟·里德（Steffany Huckaby 饰）、托瑞（Annie Burgstede 饰）、伊丽莎白（Yolanda Pecoraro 饰）、蒂凡（Melanie Lewis 饰）等五个女孩被邀请参加一个名为“真理和恐惧”的派对。但是她们最终被带到了那座早已废弃的恐怖疗养院。在这个恐怖漫长的夜晚，女孩们将经历永生难忘的一刻…… 本片根据真实事件改编。
