Plot Summary:Benson is a police detective. After a series of murders in the Gay community he is ordered to go undercover with a gay police clerk named Kerwin as his partner. In order to be noticed they have to be flamboyant enough to attract attention which Benson finds rather disturbing. Can an uptight heterosexual and a mousey homosexual form a meaningful relationship?
本片描述两名洛杉矶的警察奉命假装情侣，前往同性恋出没的场所侦查一宗凶杀案的线索，不料其中一名警察本身就是同性恋者，因而闹出了不少笑料。在《象人》之中令人留下深刻印象的英国性格明星约翰．赫特，在本片中扮演同性恋的警察，与花花公子型的拍挡雷恩．奥尼尔之间产生了相当有趣的关系。导演詹姆斯．布鲁斯用喜剧方式来处理这个特殊的题材，冲淡了不少尴尬气氛。
