Plot Summary:When New York attorney Gordon Hocheiser meets Louise Callan, the girl of his dreams, he schemes to eliminate his aging, senile mother, even though he promised his late father that he'd always take care of her. He fears that his batty mom's eccentricities will shortly lead to Louise's departure.
律师戈登为照顾母亲，人到中年仍然未婚。戈登的母亲专横跋扈，将其女友全部赶跑，甚至连护士都不愿留下来照顾她。直到后来一个离过婚的漂亮女人答应担当其看护。经过一番朝夕相处，戈登爱上了女看护，母亲却不断从中作梗。两人只好把母亲送去老人院，然后一起逃之夭夭。
