Plot Summary:Gunny delivers Webb to a small rural hospital, and Harm and Mac return to Ciudad del Este (after Harm's "hard landing" in a forest). Gunny and Webb rejoin Harm and Mac in the city, then they meet again with Hardy, the local CIA man. Sadik, the Islamic drugs-and-arms dealer, kills Hardy's secretary, who has worked as a double agent for Sadik also. While Gunny babysits with Webb, Harm and Mac pursue Sadik, and they even stop a train, but they fail to catch him. Harm and Mac continue to examine and discuss their relationship; Mac predicts that things will never work out between them -- because, she says, each of them wants to be on top, both physically and emotionally. Then they fly back to Washington.
