Plot Summary:Shinjuro Tateoka, the young son of a master swordsman, suddenly finds himself in charge of his father's dojo (school) when his father leaves him a note saying he's left on a journey but doesn't know when he'll be back. When the Tokugawa shogunate asks him for help against Mikage, a rogue samurai who stole a powerful sword from the shogunate, Shinjuro has to fight for his dojo, his honor, and his life.
改編自同名PS電玩遊戲《快刀乱麻・雅》的OVA動畫作品，全兩話。描述日本幕府時代，在傳說之劍、活人的意義與命運之中成長的年輕道場主人「楯岡新十郎」，與旗下女弟子「藤城小春」、「小石川紗奈」、「麗琳」等人，和對手「御影真幌」交手及身旁發生的一連串故事。
