Plot Summary:Sofya Perovskaya was a member of 'Narodnaya volya', a terrorist group that killed Czar Aleksander II. The leader of this group was Vladimir Lenin's big brother Alexander Ulyanov. These terrorists assassinated the Czar with a bomb. In 1967 (The 50th Anniversary of the Communist Revolution) Soviet propaganda glorified the assassins in this film.
索菲娅·佩罗夫斯卡娅出身于俄国贵族家庭，但对旧俄沙皇统治下的百姓保有极大同情，她加入了革命党，策划谋刺沙皇亚历山大二世，但谋刺计划泄露，索菲娅被捕，判处绞刑，终年27岁。
