在“神化”时代的东京，充斥着无数的英雄——“超人”。 他们的诞生理由各有不同。 既有被邪恶组织改造的人，也有来自宇宙的人。 既有来自魔法世界的人，也有来自古代、身为妖怪而生的人。 既有被科学家制造出来的机器人，也有超自然的史前机器人。 对于这些超人的跋扈，日本政府绝不打算坐视不管——In an alternate version of Japan, superhumans from all different forms of fiction now coexist with humans: witches, kaiju, cyborgs, and even youkai. Some use their powers for criminal acts, some use them for heroic acts, and some even use them to just live normal lives. With the introduction of these new superhumans, the Japanese government formed the Superhuman Bureau: a team of individuals who overlook and protect them. The story follows Jiro Hitoyoshi, a member of this bureau, and what his grand purpose really is in all of this. Is what he's doing with the bureau good or is he no better than the criminal superhumans he keeps in check?
