犹太青年亚伯拉罕正在拍摄一部纪录片，拍摄的对象却是莫斯科一群生活在边缘地带的光头党。这群以“剃刀”萨沙为代表的青年，疯狂崇拜着德国纳粹的法西斯思想，他们行纳粹军礼，膜拜阿道夫•希特勒，日常群集在一个地下室内，终日讨论与锻炼，立志弘扬大斯拉夫的民粹主义，并时刻期望将所有的外来移民驱逐出俄罗斯。他们上面有首领规划着日常所有的活动，俄而攻击被蔑称为“黑鬼”的异族人，俄而袭击塔吉克人的商贸集市，行动越高越大，甚至引起当局的关注。桀骜不驯的萨沙不肯屈服于任何所谓的腐败势力，他和战友们积极参加军事集训，时刻准备迎接更大的战役。 与此同时，悲剧不可避免地到来……A gang of skinheads 'Russia 88' are filming propaganda videos in order to place it on the internet. At the same time the camera records the life of the gang, they become accustomed to this and stop paying attention to it. The leader of the gang 'Blade' discovers that his sister is dating a Caucasian guy. This family drama develops into a tragedy.
