影片导演Joao Rui Guerra da Mata年少的时候曾经在澳门生活。30多年之后，他用镜头记录下一个已然是陌生的澳门，记忆中的那个城市无处可寻。使用这些纪录素材，导演剪辑出了一部对于克里斯·马克尔的《日月无光》以及约瑟夫·范·斯特恩伯格《澳门》半致敬的作品，在经典的黑色犯罪类型和导演本人标志性的同志视角之间不受拘束地切换。这部以第一人称讲述的影片让观众看见了一个从未有过的澳门。Two filmmakers leave to Macao in an adventure of discovery of a city-labyrinth, multicultural and mysterious, where the memories of the childhood - featured memories by the lived reality in Macao - have a dialog with the memories of the East built by the codes of the cinema and the literature - memories lived on a featured reality-, creating a testimony which tries to raise the veil on the past and the present time. A personal album of physical and emotional geography, structured as an investigation disguised as a thriller, where the puzzle of the history challenges the reality.
