魔鬼出租车司机达尼埃尔（萨米·纳塞利 Samy Naceri 饰）依旧每天在公路上风驰电掣，这天他因为开车运送临产孕妇而一举夺得赛车冠军，同时也耽搁了和女友莉莉（玛丽昂·歌迪亚 Marion Cotillard 饰）父母见面的约会，但达尼埃尔很快用速度帮助了接见日本防卫部长的未来将军岳父。与此同时，考驾照再次失败的埃米利安（佛瑞德瑞克·迪分索 Frédéric Diefenthal 饰）奉命一同迎接日本部长，与达尼埃尔在机场重逢。警察局长在车队行进途中安排了反恐演习向日本客人展示法国的先进技术和干练部队，而暗处的一股日本黑帮正计划劫持部长。达尼埃尔和埃米利安联手为国家尊严而战……The Japanese ambassaor is visiting Marseilles to view the city police's anti-gang tactics. During the visit, however, he is kidnapped by a group working for the Japanese yakuza. Young officer Emilien is determined to rescue the ambassador and officer Petra (his girlfriend), who was also kidnapped, and restore the honor of his department. Once again, speed demon taxi-driver Daniel (from the first Taxi movie) is called upon to save the day with his high-speed driving skills.
