剧情介绍
第一部利用微缩科技深入人体拍摄的科幻片，也是《惊异大奇航》的前身。故事描述一名苏联科学家从银幕逃到美国，因为他的脑血管遭到间谍破坏而命在旦夕。五名美国医生乃被缩小成几百万分之一置于胶片中，注射进科学家体内进行血管手术。本片构想新颖，为科幻片题材开创了新天地。人体内部景观的映象效果不乏取材性，可惜六十年代的电影特技仍未够高明，今天看来不免使观众对于某些布景感到可笑，不过并不影响本片丰富的娱乐性。导演理查德．弗莱尔叙事流畅，曾获最佳艺术指导和最佳视觉效果两项金像奖。Scientist Jan Benes, who knows the secret to keeping soldiers shrunken for an indefinite period, escapes from behind the Iron Curtain with the help of CIA agent Grant. While being transferred, their motorcade is attacked. Benes strikes his head, causing a blood clot to form in his brain. Grant is ordered to accompany a group of scientists as they are miniaturized. The crew has one hour to get in Benes's brain, remove the clot and get out.
